Gobi Heat Blue Nylon (4XL/5XL)

Disappointed

Worked well for a month or so and the pump stopped working. being sitting in closet since

Needs to be designed just a little bit better

The vest does work to keep you cool. The size I ordered fits me perfect as long as I don't bend over. The good - It does help to keep your body cool. The battery works for a long period of time. The pump is really quiet. The 5 ice cores it comes with will give you about 5 hours of cooling in 85 degree heat and with you moderately working. The bad - You really can't bend over since the velcro side straps hold it tight to you. There is no flex/stretch. When you do bend over the velcro comes...

Does help you keep your core cool

This does work well when you put a fresh ice pack in and start running. Great for keeping your core cool in hot temperatures. What I have found is that the ice packs being long and the water pouch wider, as the water circulates round it melts the bottom half of the ice pack and the water isn't as cool being circulated around. Can finally check the mail...

We keep the freezer stocked with multiple ice packs and throw them in a cooler when using away from home. Looking forward to using this new vest at upcoming tailgates and ot...

First time using it today....

First time using it today. Around 85 degrees and went on a motorcycle ride. I felt it cool and I expected a great ride. The issue I ran into is the ice pack thawed out just over 60 minutes into the ride and cooling stopped shortly thereafter. I did use refrigerated water and expected it to last much longer. After it stopped cooling Ithe vest caused me to begin sweating pretty bad on my chest and back due to it blocking any airflow. Pulled over to removed it and checked to make sure the pum...
