The original delivery date was changed to the next day. The next day a small box containing the hardware arrived and No Glass. The entire order was marked Delivered. Customer service said they would have to call the manufacturer on Monday. I had installers scheduled for 2 days in a row only to have the product not show up and the order marked delivered. Customer support offered to have someone come and pick up the hardware box and refund my money in 7-10 days!!!! Completely unacceptable. Ter...

I ordered this door through Lowe's. the door arrived shattered. Lowes directed us to Glass Warehouse to get a replacement panel. Glass Warehouse sent us a replacement that was the incorrect size from what we ordered. We reached out to get the correct size and they now want us to pay for a new panel.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BRAND. Awful packaging. Glass came in damaged two separate times. After the second time we just kept it and are living with it because the shipping took over a week each time. No ability to fast track the shipping even though it was damaged in transit.
