I ordered this door through Lowe's. the door arrived shattered. Lowes directed us to Glass Warehouse to get a replacement panel. Glass Warehouse sent us a replacement that was the incorrect size from what we ordered. We reached out to get the correct size and they now want us to pay for a new panel.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BRAND. Awful packaging. Glass came in damaged two separate times. After the second time we just kept it and are living with it because the shipping took over a week each time. No ability to fast track the shipping even though it was damaged in transit.

Company says DIY and easy to install. Might be the case if instructions were included. Ordered 3 of these doors for a client, not one box had instructions. We are general contractors and have installed thousands of shower doors. Company website nor internet had instructions readily available.
