Missing Brackets
Wish that I read product reviews before purchasing this product and I could have saved myself the headache. The glass came without the hardware and I keep getting the run around about an estimatred delivery date for the brackets to arrive. Lowes is usaully our go to for everything but knowing customer service agents are aware of the shipping problem and are not honest about it is dissappointing. We'll be returning this purchase and moving on....

Sleek & beautiful look
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This frameless shower panel was perfect for a bathroom remodel I'm still working on. I'll update with pics soon but so far it's looking sleek and beautiful. It's the perfect amount of thickness. I noticed it doesn't fog up or get the regular water stains so that is a plus when cleaning. Can't wait until the bathroom remodel is complete but this was such a nice change.

Despite ordering through Lowes, their customer service told me I needed to contact Glass Hardware myself (their vendor) to sort this out. Makes a lot of sense... Lowes Could Care Less
We ordered this item through Lowes.com. The door was delivered with no hardware to install it. When stopping by the local Lowes store, the managerial staff could have cared less. Called Lowes customer service and was called "bro" and yet my "bro" could have cared less. The end result was told to contact the vendor and good luck with that as the vendor likely could care less. Lowes will sell you a product online but they will NOT stand behind the products they sell online
