The Genmitsu 3030 PROVer MAX is an amazing machine for the price with a few minor issues. A few years back I had purchased from Sainsmart a Genmitsu 3020-PRO MAX V1 and used it to cut a few basic things with aluminum. Excellent device and support

This device is amazing. I am able to cut aluminum with ease. The limit switches sometimes hit false positive when working with aluminum, but I 3D printed some covers which successfully fixed that issue. However, I am most impressed with the support I received. I had issues with the machine not homing. They sent out multiple replacement parts, kept up on asking how things were going, putting together tutorials and guides to replacing the parts and understanding when issues arise. After my failu...

the 3030 is a useful and easy to use cnc

Setup was a breeze. No problems with anything fitting together. My first job was milling a rotor for an electric motor that I drew in Fusion. The material I cut is a composite called Somaloy and needs to be cut at a slow speed. The Genmitsu did a great job. I had the feed rate too high at first but the second piece came out relatively perfect within .1 mm tolerance. Haven't tried it with my Makita router yet, saving it for the tough stuff. An Absolute Beast of a Machine

I knew this thing was their most rigid design so far, which is why I got it, but boy did it exceed my expectations. The entire construction is very tough and rigid. The assembly was easy and only took a few minutes. I tried it with the weenie little 300W spindle that it comes with, and after seeing that it can rip through hard elder and oak at 2mm depth before it started choking, I swapped it out for a Makita clone 65mm router. With that in place, I'm now able to rip through 5mm cuts at 2000mm/m...

Excellent machine

If you want to isolation route circuit boards, this is the machine to do it with. The results are stunning. Having a rigid machine like the 3030 ProVer Max makes a big difference. I've also done several 2.5D carvings with great results including in Purple Heart wood. If you get the feeds and speeds right the 300W spindle motor is more than capable of giving excellent results.
