The Shock Failed after a year....
I only give this rating because the shock failed after a year. Otherwise the chair is amazing.

Can’t do better!
Great back support, easily assembled, moves with ease, vertically stable and has storage compartments under the seat.

It’s meh, storage trays are flimsy and fragile couldn’t run over a tic Tac.

Great for my workshop
I ordered this mechanic's seat more on a whim than anything else. It has worked out well for me; I can use it @ my work area & more around to get tools, adjust the music or throw something away without getting up. My grandson also like spinning around on it. I also have the stool, but I like this one better since I can move around on it & I get a little back support.
