Company made it right
Gazebo Penguin sent me a new cover free of charge. Everything seems to be intact and complete.
Defective product
Each corner of the cover is supposed to have a sewn pocket to hold the frame. Mine only had one instead of four. Called and emailed the company. Sent pictures, filled out a form, etc. No response. Returned to Lowe’s after a week of hearing nothing. Crappy product with even worse customer service.
