I ordered this door same-day delivery. I received a text that my order had been cancelled. I called Lowe's to see what happened. I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes and finally insisted on speaking with a manager. I was told that it appeared that the "Doordash" same day delivery person cancelled my door without telling me. I asked if they could load the door on the truck and bring it back. The manager said no. This door is light yet heavy duty. The surface install is great. Very easy to install. I do not recommend using the security screws because if you have to remove one to make an adjustment you're not going to be able to remove it without unscrewing it with vise grips. What I did was used lag bolts and then took a grinder and ground off the edges so that they can't be unscrewed. I had to make several adjustments moving the door left and right up and down and relocating trim. If you're going to use...
