My interior house style is modern, sleek, clean-clear-crisp lines. I just retired and bought an older house (original owner lived in the house 50 years). Great towel bar - best wall anchors ever

My wife and I had installed our towel bars when we moved in last year. Her 90 year old father recently came to visit and accidentally pulled one end of that bar out of the wall when he lost his balance. I bought this Gatco towel bar to replace it and it this brand is much sturdier than the one we originally had. The included wall anchor is one of the best I have ever used. Easy to install and very sturdy. I don't think we will have any problems with this one.

Nice stuff. As it should for the price. The install directions are correct. Same for the matching glass shelf. Watch out for the double towel bar.... the mounts are closer to 24.75 inches than to 24 inches. I have the patched holes in my wall as proof. Not too thrilled about that considering we just took the bathroom to the studs and replaced everything. Ok, we re-used the light switches.... Some reviews say the finish comes off and the bars rust. Tricky to set up

This looks great once installed, but it is challenging to set up. You need your measurements to be exact in order to get it flush against the wall

Nice when new, but surprisingly flimsy

Had this towel bar and matching accessories. They look really nice out of the box, but don’t hold up to normal use. Every single one of them has fallen apart or stripped the two threads designed to hold whole thing together. Great design but poor engineering.

Garcia latitude wall mount single towel bar

We have enjoyed this towel bar for 8 years. We went to paint the wall and took down the towel bar. We lost a component inside the round part of bar and could not reinstall because we could not find the replacement or make a replacement. We had to buy another $28 bar and learned they were discontinued but found the last bar.

Looks great but very poor finish

I purchased 3 24" towel bars as part of a major bath remodel. The Gatco bars had a clean Euro look and they were professionally installed. After 1 month of having damp, used towels hung on them the finish eroded to show a rusty base metal. This had happened to one of them with a second just starting. Unfortunately I didn't keep the receipt or box from Lowes so I'll have to eat it. DO NOT purchase these unless you are an absentee landlord.
