Wonderful experience

I have a football helmet case that a piece of glass broke on it. I knew my local lowe's did glass cutting. I came in and Miss Jamie being so knowledgeable and professional was able to help me with my project.

Perfect panes, perfect fit, perfect window

I liked these glass panes. I had two panes of glass break out of two separate windows in my house, and I was able to repair them in no time with these pre-cut pieces. I got them as a store pick up and they brought them out to my car all wrapped up in paper to keep them protected. No scratches, chips, or damages were found on these beautiful panes. They were just what I needed for the repair!

Just what I needed for framing a watercolor.

It was reasonably priced. However I found a scratch on the glass when I got home. Not noticeable when I framed my picture with a light colored mat.

Complete waste of time

My wife went to get glass cut while I was working on our house. We had the old glass and also the exact measurements so it should have been no problem. She couldn’t find anyone to do it, then had to search for the manager who had to search for the one guy to do it. We found out when she finally got the glass home he cut it wrong! The glass was cut perfectly. It was not the correct size but the quality was spot on.

Jerry continues to be an outstanding Lowes employee every single time I need to have some glass or mirrors cut to a specific size. Please make sure you tell him I said so in this review. I will ask him next time I shop at my local Lowes.

Product is durable. Perfect for projects and convenience that Lowe's provides such service. Only do not like having to get the same window cut three different times cause two of the three customer service representatives did not cut off the glass completely, leaving an edge of sharp glass that was not able to fit into the cut design of the glass frame.

Easy

Process to get glass cut to size is easy and fast. Glass quality is very good. Make sure to accurately measure the frame dimension. Subtract no more than 1/16" from each measurement. That will provide a close fit for an easy install.

90° cuts only.

It’s great if all you need is 90° cuts. I needed a 45° cut, and he did ok, but if you need a precise cut other than 90° I recommend going to a glass shop.
