Upsetting
Delivery was pushed back a day.when delivered the New mower did not start called store. Was told to bring the battery to the store to get a Lowe’s battery to replace on John Deere mower. This store was not close as I ordered off line and it came from store it was available and they wouldn’t deliver a battery as they didn’t know what battery the mower needed. Asked if this affects the John Deere warranty about the battery not being John Deere didn’t get a clear answer. Very disappointed in this ...
