Not bad

The cushions stain easy but held up well to the large dogs and kids we have. Fairly comfortable to sit on.

Poor CSR Knowledge

I spoke with customer service and they said they would replace the frames due to the rust. This was kept on a patio out of the elements. The cushions were kept inside during the winter months. I bought this July 2020. There is rust and the velcro is coming off of the cushions. I emailed all the info they needed for the replacement and I was told that they could not do anything about it. Very disappointing.

Great set for outdoor patio but need to pre-treat

Love our new patio set for our new pool that was just installed. We spent the last week treating the cushions with Scotchbrite and the chairs with Clear Rustoleum and also bought a cover for the chairs when not being used. We got both sets on sale in the summer for $399/each so it was a great deal. Have had so many compliments already and nobody suspects this is a budget patio set. Hoping our pre-treatment of the cushions and chairs helps the set last longer. Really happy with the look!

Garden Treasures patio set

We bought a Garden Treasures patio set 4 years ago and it was one of the best purchases we had made. So we needed another set and thought let's get another. The new set is better quality for the frame, but the cushions are horrible. As mentioned by others, they started mildewing within the first week. We never had a problem with our other set (which we still have, just moved to another location).

Poor quality

I purchased this set in July 2019. I had it on my covered patio since I purchased it. Yesterday I moved it to my uncovered patio. The fabric ended up melting in just one day! It was only 80 degrees too! Three of the sections ended up having melted cushions. I reread the property description and no where does it say, "do not put in sunlight." I'm very disappointed, as I would have expected an outdoor patio set would be able to withstand sunshine, and thought this set more than just a year...

No replacement cushions ANYWHERE

My cushions have ripped and need new ones. These cushions have a very specific shape and can’t find even 3rd party sellers of replacements. Other people have had the same issue as I can see from the reviews, and a response from the manufacturer says to call. Well, I called and the rude customer service representative told me I’m SOL as they aren’t sold anywhere and they won’t replace them. Why are you even providing that number to call Lowe’s if you won’t help your customers? Very bad service.

Cushion material is cheap and itchy. The sitting position is not comfortable (90 degree upright)

Bought this set in-store after noticing that each piece can be moved around, making it perfect for our difficult space. Got the last boxed set in the store and at a great price! Box was pretty messed up, but there is an actual metal frame inside the box that kept everything safe. No pieces missing. All assembled. The little brackets to join the legs together are so easy to put on; truly anyone can do it. I took the other reviews regarding the cushion seriously and sprayed each cushion with 303 F...

Um not if you want to use it

We’ve had it a week and our dogs jumped up. Cannot clean it. I’ve tried everything and it’s a light color. This is week one!!! How is this going to last. I’m so disappointed. It’s for outside? My indoor couch is less noticeable pup damage.
