Won’t stay lit. Only 3 years old

Frustrating heater. Sucks to light. Now after having for three years, it won’t stay lit for more than one minute. I’ve spent hours trying to troubleshoot and now it’s going to the dump. Save your time, money, and sanity. Pass on this.

It's amazing.

It's something I've wanted for a few years. Now I can sit outside on a cool night and look up at the stars.

I like it, performs well.

Seems very sturdy, heats well, and I like that it is not very tall, perfect for under the patio cover. Easy to assemble. Even though it has wheels to move, there is no place to "hold" above the base of unit, especially when hot. Not a major drawback but something to consider. Looks great and so far, have not had any performance issues. Quality seems to be good for the money. Got it on sale for $259.

Steel Induction Patio Heater

Bought two, one worked perfectly the other a had to return twice due to pilot not staying lit. Apparently this is an ongoing problem with these. If you buy make sure tge will honor a return, they are on clearance now and wont accept a returning clearance item.

Heater would only produce a very small flame

The heater started up fine, but when trying to jump from low to high heat, the flame kicked way down to a flicker. Low heat was not much more than that. Propane tank was full. Called customer service. They weren’t sure what the problem could be. I asked if it could be a bad regulator. They agreed that it might be a bad regulator but they don’t have any replacements. Told me to take the whole unit apart, put it back in the box, and take it back to the store for an exchange. Ridiculous. I took the...
