The reviews for this product are mixed. Some customers found it to be of good quality with a nice design and easy assembly, while others reported significant durability issues. Many experienced problems with the product rusting quickly, the bottom burning through, and the tiles and cover deteriorating after limited use. Overall, the product seems to be a mixed bag, with some customers satisfied but many others disappointed by the quality and potential safety concerns.

My husband and I just purchased this fire pit last week. Two years ago, we purchased one very similar to this one and we just loved the style. At first, we thought there were just a few differences, but it wasn't until we got it home and put it together that we realized how much better this model was than our previous ones. The adjustable legs are fantastic and there is so much more room in this pit to burn than our other one. The width of the pit is also much larger than our last one. It also i...
Waste of money
In around April of this year I bought this fire pit. I loved the way it looked. My family and I have used it only 6 times and never let it burn for more than 3 hours each time we used it. I always kept the factory cover on it and when it was gonna storm out, we put it in the garage. Needless to say that last weekend i was using it and the whole bottom fell out. Also the tiles started to come off even before I used it. I am very disappointed with this product, since i only used it 6 times. I have...
Quality Price, Cheap Garbage
Purchased this beautiful fire pit in January, first firepit February 11th. Within 2 fires, the tiles began popping off. Eventually, 2 more popped off. After 10 fires, the metal frame between the pit and tile warped inwards so much the cover and screen lid would not fit. After taking care of it for 7 months, last night's fire pit in September was the last one I could have as the entire bottom began giving out and crumbling to the point where it cannot support the weight of firewood. Very cheaply ...
Fire Safety Hazard!!
I purchased this firepit a little over 1 year ago and only after using it 5-6 times the metal on the bottom of the fire pit got so hot that began melting onto my deck which caught on fire!! I always protected and cleaned out the firepit after each use so I know there was not a rusting problem. I called Lowe's customer service and they were totally unwilling to help me with this and told me to contact the manufacturer which is out of the Philippines, so naturally I didn't get anywhere with that. ...
Junk
I owned this firepit for one season. I stored it over the winter under the provided cover. I live in Maryland so, this past winter wast terribly brutal. First fire of spring the entire bottom burnt out and set my lawn on fire. I use seasoned wood, the type you buy in a bagged bundle, and nothing else. I keep the fire low since I have children that like to roast marshmallows over it. I can't believe this company charges $130 for a product that is so flimsy. That was the last time I'll buy any pro...
Perfect price , high quality
Easy to assemble , nice size and depth. Love that legs are adjustable. Heard from other reviews that it will rust if rained on so be careful not to burn when rain is a possibility bc the cover won't be protecting it with hot ash!
Very Disappointing
Within 3 months of purchase, with occasional weekend use this fire pit rusted all around the edges, it then burnt through the base, in addition the tiles burnt from the heat. I don't see this is built fit for purpose and will be seeking a refund. We purchased this in the summer and we live in LA so it wasn't exposed to wet weather and was stored most of the time indoors.
HORRIBLE- fire hazzard!!!
Purchased this fire pit last spring. Kept it covered when not in use and only burned wood in it. Pulled it out to use for the first time last night after winter and our fire burned through the bottom of the pit. It dropped enough embers on our lawn to create a small fire before we realized that the bottom had burned through! This should NOT be happening after less than a year of use!! We have had several fire pits before and have never had anything like this happen before!
Poor quality, I do not recommend.
I bought this today for Christmas. It looks really nice. I put the legs on with it standing on its side. After bolting them on I turned it over to set it upright and the welds on one of the legs broke. I inspected the remaining legs and the spot welds on all of them were weak. I returned it to the store and got my money back.
Was nice at first
Great fireplace at first. Purchased less than 3 months ago. Now into fall and early winter started having issues. Tiles around the side heat up and explode like firecrackers. Couldn't stand close to it if you wanted to. Don't know if moisture is getting under them and heating up or what. Will be looking for something new come spring.
