Canopy is worthless!

We have had this for a little while now, we were so excited to get it and though the swing is wonderful the canopy is worthless! It’s not made out of quality materials and in a few months it was ripped and wobbly just like all the other reviews! So why not put better quality in a swing that people pay good money for! Highly disappointed!

Great swing but the canopy is trash. The fabric sun rotted and is falling apart. Tried to order a new one, but this canopy is custom to this swing and others won't fit. This one is 11/2" longer then others on the market. A replacement is not available from Lowes or the manufacturer. All they say is call back in a couple of months. I've done this twice already, still none available. Go somewhere else. Apparently this one was custom built for Lowes so only Lowes can provide replacement parts. Good...

Love swing, hate canopy

Canopy lasted only 2 summers even though it was stored for the winters. Replacement canopy wasn't even the same material as the original and it was slightly too small. Had to send it back. I just throw a tarp over it now. But top won't stay in place it moves on its own. Won't tighten any more. So it's pretty much useless for shade.

Was hoping for a better quality product...

So we had recently purchased this swing from Lowe's. We read the reviews and honestly decided to take a chance believing that Lowe's keeps a close quality control over the products they sell. The swing I thought was pretty simple to assemble, although two sets of hands is certainly helpful. The swing was just what we wanted, and looked great. Canopy attachment needs re-design

The plastic inserts for the canopy attachment screws wears and lets the canopy be mis-aligned. I have been unable to find replacement inserts. I would think for a part that wears so easily would be readily available. The swing itself is very comfortable and sturdy.

Perfect size and great quality!

Purchased this as a gift for my dad who spends a lot of time in the yard and he loves it! Perfect accessory to any outdoor seating area and enough space to comfortably fit 3-4 adults!
