Aloha from MAUI I purchased mine July 2018.Its now October 2019 and mine has rusted on all four posts at the welded spots Too bad it’s made so poorly because otherwise it’s really nice Unfortunately now I read the other reviews And I see Lowe’s doesn’t sell them anymore No surprise

Bought this last year the canopy blows off when ever we have a storm tried taping on still got blown off in storm any suggestions for a fix

Rust after 1 year

Had the structure for 16 months and it's rusting. Very disappointed.

Really nice product

Took my brother and two friends a little under an hour to build. I've read the reviews on the rusting issue, this product is guaranteed against rust and has a 1 year warranty as well so if it rusts I'll return it for another one or a refund. Time will tell its been up less than 24 hours and its raining as I type this.

This was a great value, and really is nice. The reviews were helpful because of everyone's hints to make this last. Of course I used Rustoleum clear, seven cans before putting up to avoid rust issue. But my twist, was instead of putting the feet in pots with quickrete, I filled the large pots about 2/3 with sand, and the upper layer with potting soil for stability, and planted flowers for appearance. I felt, that quickrete made it just too permanent.

Nice pergola for the price.

Best for the money. Package well, no scratches, easy assembly, and well designed. I suggest having it delivered since it is quite heavy.

Love This Pergola BUT requires yearly upkeep!

We read about the rust issues but decided to buy it anyway. Bought it,summer 2015. Put it poolside as we needed an area with some shade. After a month we started to see some rust. My husband jumped on it right away with Rustoleum spray paint. In the fall he painted over every post, etc. Each spring he touches up any areas showing signs of rust. Will this last Pergola last forever, No.....rust will always be an issue. But if you keep up with some yearly maintenance it will last years. Three summe...
