I received only 1 plant instead of the 10 pack as advertised. Then when I called to report the discrepancy, I was told to bring it back for a refund. No offer to ship the other plants that were missing, nothing. Did not try and work with me at all. Customer service is not good.

100% success
Anytime I buy bare roots I expect only half to make it due to packaging and delivery companies. In this case all 10 have taken off. It is very important for new gardeners to do research before any garden endeavor and I followed a few veterans advise not the enclosed directions

One berry
Yes, you read that right. Out of all the plants, they produced one berry. Most died within the first couple of weeks.

Very Few Survived
Of the 40 strawberry, only 14 survived. They were planted in ideal conditions and those 26 plants just did not take root and grow.
