Covers a 9ft ceiling NOT 9 ft of coverage area

I ordered this in November it was delayed and delayed and finally able to get it in February. We went to have it installed by our builder and it covered 3 ft of exhaust pipe, we need 9 ft coverage on our 19ft wall. The description is poorly written, so don't make the same mistake we made, ordered it and waited almost 90 days for it to arrive to now return it and have a custom one made by a local iron worker.
