What Customers Are Saying

This appliance has a mix of positive and negative feedback. Customers appreciate the large capacity, efficient cleaning and drying, and quiet operation. However, many report reliability and durability issues, such as incomplete wash cycles, loud noises, and breakdowns within the first few years. Some also note the washer can be noisy and the dryer lacks an end-of-cycle buzzer. While the product has appealing features, the widespread reliability problems are a significant concern for potential buyers.

DONT BUY

second time repairs for this machine and its less than a year and half old. Does not clean clothes well and uses practically no water . Constant problem with spin and rinse cycle. I have the warranty purchase and that is a nightmare to get resolved. Customer service is non existent. Ive been trying to resolve this for days.
