Great Replacement

I replaced a 15 year old Frigidaire unit with this GE unit. Everything is selected by dial and buttons, there are no touch screens or displays to break in 2 years. It’s quieter than the old unit, and is much more efficient and drying. The only complaint is that the wash tub is wider and shorter than the frigidaire unit it replaced. I am rather tall, so this would have required more bending over. I installed it on a washer stand, which solved this issue.

Team refused to install it

Lowes delivered the washer dryer but could not install it because the electric was set up in a new build. When I called to get the washer dryer installed it was over 30 days. After talking to four people, and over an hour on the phone, They REFUSED to install it because the ticket was closed. VERY UNHAPPY WITH LOWES

A reliable small laundry with big capabilities

It is a small laundry that really gets the job done. It has a control panel which allows you to match your specific laundry type. It is dependable but not durable. Our first one self destructed in 5 years. This is are second unit, we purchased it because we could not find a better unit for the size and functionality. We would buy it again based upon our specific situation.

Solid system

Overall the product is pretty solid. However, two things I noticed is the spin cycle is a bit loud and on the normal cycle, a bit long. I did read in the manual it is longer to reduce dryer time, but 20 minutes seems excessive.
