I love my new oven. I live at 6800 feet and I was never able to get my previous oven to do a complete clean it would fail about half way through. With this new oven I am able to adjust the thermometer which will help. I think I will really like the steam cleaning feature. In addition I like doing business with Loews. Mike , the salesman was extremely helpful and I was able to have it delivered and installed within 2 days of purchasing. The delivery guys were very polite and worked quickly an...

Don't Buy With CRST as Installer

Oven is great!!! But Lowes contracted with CRST for the installation and they were horrible, irresponsible, unreliable and impossible. On first scheduled date they failed to show up and failed to contact me. Ultimately, they said they assigned a crew that was not competent to install a wall oven. On second scheduled date they again failed to show up. They explained that my house was too far off their route and they had to do the other installs on their route. Note, I was only 8 miles from Lowes ...
