Clothes come out wrinkled EVERY time
Not to be dramatic, but… This dryer has made our life so incredibly difficult. We bought this set after our home had flooded from hurricane Helene and lost our old washer and dryer. I researched high and low on the best set from Lowe’s and came across this one. For some reason… No matter what we do… Or what we tried… Our clothes come out wrinkled every single time. Gone are the days where you could just “throw your shirt in the dryer for 10 minutes“ to get wrinkles out. That doesn’t even work ...

Towels, get extra soft and fluffy in this dryer
I love this dryer. I like the glass window in the door so I can see the laundry. I like that it has an app connected to it. That tells me when my laundry will be done.

GE dryer
When we receive the dryer, the delivery driver turned it on and it didn’t work. There is no heat. In the process to get it fixed. There was a loose screw in the door that scratched the enamel.

We were looking for a large capacity dryer that wasn't big and bulky. We reviewed and looked at several different brands and types and wanted to go with a brand that has been around for a long time. We are very happy with the multiple settings and especially how quiet this machine is. We're very happy with this product.

Really, really loud
The settings and the machine itself are great as is its operation. However, IT IS LOUD! Holy cow, the volume of the noise this machine makes is absolutely ridiculous. We're going to have to see about some sort of insulation wrap or something because this is just not going to work otherwise.

Disappointed
My old dryer took less time to completely dry a normal load of clothes fully (50-55 minutes). My new dryer takes well over 1 hour on highest settings and still some items (socks, men’s underwear) come out damp.

why is it so loud
ever since we got this dryer it has squeaked, we've had maintenance people look at it and they have no clue what it is. if we push down on the top it stops but we arent going to stand there for an hour and a half while my clothes dry

The fast and easy installation. The product was at an excellent price. I had only two problems. The first was simple. I wasn’t told I had to buy a power cable. Bought one. The MAJOR problem was with the third party delivery company.
