GE Warrantee Issues
We purchased a GE Profile Oven that was delivered in August 2023. During the Manufacturer’s Warrantee Period and in December 2023, we had a problem with the Front Panel blanking out intermittently and the oven not working at all. We scheduled Service through GE Appliances Factory Service in December 2023. Beautiful accident waiting to happen
Love the look of this range. It's beautiful. It's also dangerous and badly designed. I bought it because I wanted a double oven and didn't have the space for a wall one. I loved that it had a convection oven and a air fryer. Except they put the convection oven and air fryer on the bottom so the oven I use daily is the one nearly on the floor. This doesn't seem like that big of a deal until you realize you bend over to open the door putting your face directly in line of a extremely hot steam clo...

Touchpad controls not working on day 1! Very disappointing. Now have to wait for service and I am sure then have to wait for parts.

Very disappointed
Delivered yesterday. Beautiful looking product. Most oven controls on the touch screen are NOT working. Totally wouldn’t have purchased this EXPENSIVE appliance had I known that it doesn’t work. Very disappointed at this. Now have to wait for it to be serviced. And I am sure after initial service call, we have to wait for parts or something. I have had it less than 24 hours and I feel we made a mistake by purchasing this GE appliance.
