This high performance foam expands to fill seal and insulate gaps and cracks inside and outside the home to help improve comfort energy efficiency and protection. It is AAMA 812 tested for safe use around windows and doors without bowing and provides a bright white high density foam with strong adhesion flexibility and UV resistance for long lasting durability. This advanced formula seals out air moisture and pests in basements crawlspaces attic hatches plumbing HVAC and electrical penetrations as well as window and door installations making it an ideal companion to GE silicone sealants in full building weatherization systems. Quick to apply and easy to use it is sandable paintable and suitable for both interior and exterior applications.

This is the second can I have bought, and neither would dispense the foam. And, yes, I tried using it upside down, but nothing came out. Big FAIL.
