Never worked from day one

Bought a GE upright freezer on July 5th. The freezer keeps alerting that it has a high temperature. Called for repair on July 8th. They sent out a repairman, and he ordered 2 parts. One came, and one is on backorder. Received a call on July 20th about the backorder. Bodewell (GE repair/warranty company) said they would get back to me. On July 23, I received an email stating they would get back to me on July 29th. Meanwhile, the repairman came and put in the part that came. Of course, the problem...

Wonderful freezer

This freezer was everything we hoped for, lots of room, quiet, frost free, and keeps everything frozen.

Great Freezer

We really like the size of the freezer. It's fits nicely in a small space. We like the taller height instead of short and wider. roominess inside is perfect for us. we like that we can see the temperature on the door from the outside. The price of the freezer was great, very quiet. No frost buildup on the bottom. All around great value and quality.\nGood

New GE Freezer

Well, we have only had it for less than a week, but thus far it has been as expected. If it will just last longer than our previous one we will be happy. This freezer is big enough, roomy enough and uses minimalist shelving vs all of the useless drawers and compartments that really limit your flexibility with configuation.

Failed twice in 2 years

Placed in garage 1-2024, completely dead on 8-2024, all food was lost. Repaired only to go completely dead on 7-2026. All food was lost again. I now own a very expensive piece of junk.
