Not a good buy!
The burners don't fit correctly, they are up just a bit. The oven is WAY off on temp. One minute it will say it is at 350 and then goes to 450!!!

Range top tough to clean fully, worst in 55 yrs
I don’t think they painted the top with the right paint or enough. This range top does not clean easily, it is really difficult. One burner broke within six months of purchase a second broke within a year or two. This is beyond a shadow of a doubt the worst range oven I have ever used, and that includes the crappy Hotpoint stove I had in a college rental my senior year 35 years ago. Very poor quality. If I were GE, I would be embarrassed to put my name on this range oven.

Brought to get us thru a pinch and years later….
The stove is still working great. We’ve had it for over ten years! (We didn’t go fancy at the time because we planned to remodel the kitchen at the time we needed to replace the old stove we had. As we all know life happens the economy had a rough roll and the remodel went on hold. Add in kids college, weddings and well the funds for the remodel shifted) I would BUY this model again without hesitation it has been a workhorse for our family of 5 plus all the friends who hung with with our sons.
