After only 4 loads, I am pleased with the machine. Large capacity for both washing and drying. I agree with other comments about the apparent balance issue with the dryer door not staying open far enough. I may rate again after I figure out how well the auto features work and see if the longer run times increase my electric bill. Those unknowns are why I am giving a 4 rating for now.

Love the unitized washer/dryer
Basket is large enough for a king size quilt or a weeks worth of towels! The cycles vary based upon what yer washing and the agitator distributes the clothes well for a great clean! I purchased this because my parents have one in the beach house and we love it! I switched from separate stackable units to a unitized unit to save space in my already small condo. I RECEIVED A LEMON GE LAUNDRY CENTER
If I could leave a zero, I would. I have had my GE Laundry Center since December 1, 2025 and today is December 18, 2025 and I have not been able to wash a single load of clothes due to issues with the Laundry Center. This new washing machine has now been repaired twice and the agitator stills makes the same loud banging noise it made on the first day it was delivered. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer and dryer work great. The only downside is that the interior of the dryer knob, which is made of plastic, cracked constantly resulting in the knob not being able to grip the timer to turn on the dryer. I have went through at least ten dryer knobs and I’m not exaggerating. Finally, a friend put a wire washer nut inside the around the hole on the interior of the knob to prevent it from cracking. So far it has worked.
