I love this dishwasher more than my spouse

I didn’t know you could fall in love with an appliance until I got this dishwasher. Purchased ~5 years ago and it’s a dream. I could have the dirtiest of plates and pans with 5 day old food stuck on them and it’ll get them perfectly clean and dry every time (except for avocado, it has problems with stuck on avocado). Mediocre at best

Dishwasher is about 5 years old and it is acting up, e.g. random noises, need to reset the dishwasher regularly. Middle rack is also not very sturdy and had to replace the water supply for the middle section as well.

BAD CONTROL BOARDS

I purchased this dishwasher (GDF630PGM0WW) in JULY 2020, had it for only 5.5 years, rarely used it (2-3 times a month) and the control board went out. The unit is still in great shape, although does not work anymore. I ordered a new control board from GE, received it and decided I didn't want to attempt the very complex repair nor could I find an appliance repair company to take on the task. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DISHWASHER!!!!

Do not buy this it’s horrible

Electronic Issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher cleans well and is very quiet. I have had it for about three years. Food particles build up along the bottom gasket and it has to be cleaned often. I have been having a problem now with the power going off. I have to unplug it and plug it back in a few times before it goes on. I just replaced the control board which was supposed to fix it but it didn’t. Not sure what to do next expect to recycle it?

Terrible design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst dishwasher I have ever owned. Bought during Covid because it was one of the only ones we could find available. It’s noisy. I’ve had to replace the seal on the door. The top panel breaks off very easily and is very difficult to replace.

Great Dishwasher all in all

Great Dishwasher for the length of time I’ve had it and still have it. Bought this dishwasher back in 2020 during Covid so it took a little bit to get it. It’s very quiet and still works pretty good. Actually my first dishwasher. It has leaked one time in the past 5 years. The only problems I am having or ever had is it doesn’t dry the top rack all the way, also it had gotten clogged one time and leaked on my kitchen floor but thank goodness I have tile and no damages yet. A Dishwasher the Crashes

This dishwasher dies for no apparent reason. It's a known problem that GE won't do anything about. Google it and see the numerous accounts of this exact problem. The dishwasher was super. We loved it, until it crashed. We replaced the motherboard, and worked for another month before crashing again. A couple weeks later, it mysteriously started working again.
