Decent stand

The Stand it a good size and seems to hold the tree ( 7'.5" ) firmly, I like the easy access water fill area, having 8 screws to twist to secure the tree was a little tough to do so make sure you do not lose the adapter tool that comes with the screws.

Tree fell over.

Well our tree fell over. Enough said? Well, it was a decorated 10 foot tree. We've used this type of stand for years and had no problems... maybe it was a crooked tree.

We bought a 11ft tree with a big trunk, the tree fit into the stand with no trouble , it was easy to adjust the tree in the stand.

Solid Stand ...

Sturdy

Double row of screws is excellent. Very sturdy. Includes only one tool for screwing bolts, so be prepared to have something else that will work so that two persons can tighten at the same time.

Not for the faint of heart

I used this tree stand for several years and never really considered the quality before now. This stand works fine for a short fir or white pine Christmas tree but not so much for the heavier spruces. Tree fell over upgraded to the metal one

The product seemed good and since it said for up to a 10 foot tree I figured it would work for ours that was just over 9". It took some effort to thred the screws and since there was 8 screws it was a bit to do that. my wife and I took about an hour to set up trying to keep it straight and go around tightening screws. Is holding a 9 1/2 Ft. tree with ease. The tree has no sway or wobble. the dog has batted it with his tail and has with stood a 2yo. Easy to fill with side spout! best Xmas tree stand i ever owned!
