This is a little gem! Oh my god it works great! Now we only had it on for a test run for a couple of hours but it cooled the room down drastically. The real test will come tonight when we go to bed! But I have no fears that is not going to do the job! I don't know why we waited so long she purchased this!

Window Panel Too Short

My window opening is 27½ inches. The center panel is 20 inches and the supplied extension panels are approximately 15¾ inches. When I adjust the kit to 27½ inches as instructed, the extension panel covers part of the exhaust opening. Your specifications say the kit fits 20-46 inch windows with no cutting required. Is there a shorter extension panel for this model?"

Cools a small room, a bit noisy, installation hint

Only had it for a few weeks so can't comment on reliability. It makes our small bedroom cooler at night as advertised. it's kind of noisy, comparable to old-fashioned motel air conditioners. It makes about a cup of water a night. I think it can only store 2-4 nights condensation at that rate and you have to put it up on something like a stack of books and drain it from near the bottom into a brownie pan. I think all cheap a/c's share these traits. Nice small footprint, which helps if you ar...

I regret buying despite good reviews only had it less than 12 hours . It might go cold 10 minutes in 30 minutes, it just blows warm air Pack it back together and return to Lowe’s bc they only give you 48 hours. So Disappointed GE usually a good product Don’t waste your time buying it
