[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot believe how well this little GE portable air conditioner works our friend bought it at the beginning of the year and never used it other than one time and then they decided to go with a bigger unit they packed it all back up nicely but still we had our doubts when it was tiny and two it was used this has been the most incredible little air conditioner and it does everything we needed to do incredibly reliable worth what we paid for it ...

Not too hard to install. It cools the room nicely. The users manual doesn't tell you what the Sleep button does. When I went to the internet, I got a chatbot which asked me if I had tried the button to see what it did. The manual should have told me.

Pretty good for a small room

I am mostly satisfied with this AC unit, though I think it's overpriced for what it is. It works well enough for my very small office (110 sq ft), but I had to put tin foil over the exhaust tube to decrease heat emanating from it. I highly recommend you do this too, to make it work more efficiently! We had a 95 degree day recently and I was working this thing pretty hard. It kept me comfortable for sure, but it doesn't make the whole room COLD like my LG does. I'm a bit disappointed in its perfo...

Installation is terrible, the hose is to big, collapses as you screw it in. Spent an hour on it, used tools to fit it in there.
