Looks empty with branches down. A waste of money. It may take weeks to try and put all the branches into the correct position to make it look like the pictures. I tried 2 branches and I could see into the middle of the tree.

I had a 7.5 tree that was getting to be too much for me to put together,so l was looking for something smaller. I saw this tree on display and was very impressed by the look of it. No replacement parts, terrible customer service
This is a nice, good-looking tree. But our foot pedal started to fail after a week, and the company does not sell replacements. They said they would send a replacement if I registered for the warranty, but their online system rejected the serial number on the card that came with the tree, and they will not allow product registration over the phone. So don't buy a GE Christmas tree and expect to be able to replace parts or get warranty service.

Just the right size
At 5 foot tall this tree is just the size for our grandkids to decorate without lugging a ladder into the family room, not to mention safer, and at 24 inches across fits perfectly in that rather crowded space. Very pretty, but not so perfect that it screams "artificial!". We chose a 5' tree, so only two sections to assemble. The instructions indicate that branches can be adjusted easily to taste, which was spot-on. Fits on top of a coffee table in a corner of the living room. Lights are bright.
