One year total
This a/c was great the last 3 summers. I only use it 3-4 months a year and keep it clean and maintained, and properly stored for the winter. When I went to install it this year, it was continually beeping and flashing and would only kick on for about 5 seconds. I found online that this is most likely resolved by installing a new user interface. Which of course cannot be found for this model anywhere!! Very similar problem with my 2 year old GE washer.

The worst air conditioner I have ever owned!
I don't understand how a 8k BTU air conditioner doesn't cool off a small bedroom? This air conditioner is just awful. This is definitely not 8,000, it's barely a 5,000. It does not work. You can only feel cool air when standing right in front of it but it won't condition the rest of the at all. Great when it works. Strong cooling!
It has been a great AC unit for the past 5 years. Only issue was connectivity to WiFi. Never really stayed connected very and cumbersome to reconnect. And now the control screen is not working. Temperature setting will not go higher than 64 degrees in eco so the unit will not turn off. The power button works sometimes. Won’t reset either.
