Faulty electronic panel?!

I finally have a new 30” GE oven installed after 4 service calls. NOW The control panel does not light up - cannot see numbers or settings! I have the 5th appointment in a week. ( 2of previous involved delivery). This experience with GE has been terrible - after years on being a GE customer I would not order another product in the same manner. I hope there is a reasonable solution that does not involved 2 more service calls!

I have not received my wallet oven order because it was damaged. However, the store reordered but was not transparent to new arrival date. Had to navigate 4 store, warehouses, customer services before receiving estimate for new delivery date.

Oven sparked like fireworks were going off i

Would Not Recommend

After having the oven for one day, I turned on the self clean mode and set it on 3 hours. After about 25 minutes, the oven suddenly erupted with bright sparks on the inside as though fireworks were going off. I was able to turn it off quickly by opening the circuit breaker but if I wasn’t there, I could have easily set fire to my house. After opening the circuit breaker, it smoked for several minutes and finally cooled down
