Oven not getting to temperature
Still having problems with getting the temperature correct. It takes longer to get to the set temperature. The buzzer goes off saying it’s at the set temperature but it’s not. Still trying to get it set correctly. Otherwise the range top is working perfectly. Don’t like the middle grill top Never heats evenly and is always needing to be cleaned. Would rather have the option of just another burner

No owners manual, poor installation.
Gas range appears to be great, but the installers didn’t leave the owner’s manual. Would be happy to improve the rating if someone would provide all the literature and owners tools that should have come with the range. The microwave was not properly installed.

Stove is perfect/delivery not so much
The stove itself was perfect once we got the correct one. This was a Christmas gift for family. They delivered the wrong product, electric not gas, and didn't have anything in the store to replace it. We had to set up a whole new delivery date to get the correct one, and stressed us to the max. We finally got the correct one on Christmas Eve, when we ordered it 3 weeks before that. Why do you not keep anything in store anymore????

Excellent purchase
This range exceeds my expectations. It not only looks beautiful, but works perfectly. The switch from natural gas to propane was very easy. The top burners are so easily adjusted and the small upper oven is the perfect size for two people.
