Pops the breaker every place its plugged in after only 15 months of use. I'd expect better out of a name brand. Also the excessive beeping is annoying. And you can't turn it off. I don't recommend anyone to buy this microwave.
Terrible Shipping
Haven't even opened it. Opened the shipping box to find a soaked microwave box inside that was falling apart. The shipping box was completely dry, so they clearly packed a wet box and sent it anyway. Contacted customer service twice through chat and was told to drive to a store to return it (about an hour away). When I told them they should replace it without me driving anywhere the chat "conveniently" disconnected.. twice. So at the moment im stuck with a water damaged microwave unless I decide...

Works great - does a lot
So far, it's pretty good. I think it gets a little less hot than an air fryer we replaced with this, but since it's replacing both the microwave and air fryer simultaneously and works perfectly as a microwave, it's still a win.

Great Microwave Oven, used the Air Fry feature and it handled it greatly. Love how it warns you about the temperature of the food when the door is opened. Great safety features!! no complaints so far !!

My second convection microwave
Our first, a Sharp, was much larger. This can only bake a 12” pizza. No big deal. We’ve had this for 2 months and so far love it. Air fry function works well and the air fryer pan almost cleans itself. I no longer oil the pan before air frying. Control pad is fair; cook time and power level could have been much larger buttons near the bottom. It’s a minor criticism. My biggest dig is that the combination cooking cycle is not adjustable for how much microwave energy is desired. It comes on 50% ...

Broken 1.5 years later
We bought this 1.5 years ago, and now the door button has broken and it is no longer usable. In looking at reviews, other people seem to run into this issue between 1-3 years of use. I really liked the microwave, and I’m very disappointed it broke so quickly.
