Easy to understand instructions and assembly. Recommendation: have shipped to store and have them assemble, I was almost finished assembling and found damage during shipment. Too much trouble to return. Other than fed ex handling it's a beautiful product!

Beautiful, just like the picture. Easy to assemble, instructions were very clear. Recommendation: Have shipped to store, fedex apparently damaged in shipment and I already had it almost completed before I realized it.
Did not receive the tv stand!
Only received the firebox, no stand. Lowe’s told me I would have to call the company myself to find it!! If you sale 3rd party products you should do the leg work to find my order. Very frustrating as this is supposed to be a Christmas gift!!!
Didn't receive the whole thing...
Fed Ex delivered the fireplace insert...but not the actual TV stand. frustrating!
