I have had this for less than three year and have had nothing but trouble. I’ve contacted Frigidaire to report the issues and they blame me. Despite keeping the refrigerator at the temperature as instructed, all the plastic inside cracks. So I have to buy new pieces. Now the door won’t close properly and no repair person can figure it out. I also bought a Frigidaire stove, that was replaced by the warranty company after one year because it broke.

BOTTOM ICE MAKER NOT

The reason we bought this professional fridge was due to the dual ice makers... The bottom maker never has worked. Frigidaire should stand behind this and replace the unit or correct the issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this model for 3 years. It’s attractive. Keeps accurate and cold temps. However exterior dents and scratches easily, the ice maker is quite loud and, the interior with the door ice maker takes up so much room. Disappointed in the lack of space. Also the freezer is a drawer organization nightmare but most in this style are.

Don’t recommend
Water come out room temperature. My tap water is cooler. Huge amount of space taken up by water / ice dispenser in refrigerator. I find it nosier than my old unit. And finally freezer is poorly designed with Only one drawer and two large “spaces” for your food. Out another drawer or a shelf. Plus huge ice bin in freezer (unit has two ice makers ).

Having the same problems most are posting here. 1. Crisper rollers breaking off 2. Periodic food freezing in refrigerator area 3. Rollers breaking of drawers Only 1 year old.

Have had this fridge for about six months and it came time to replace the air and water filters. Ordered the correct items as per the manual. No problem replacing water filter. However, the instructions to replace the air filter were grossly incorrect in the manual. Called the appliance store and was told to contact Frigidaire. Spent at least an hour on the phone with a very helpful individual who confirmed that manual included was incorrect. Air filter is not located at rear of fridge but under...

Great except for Crisper shelf rollers broke
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this fridge for little over a year now. Everything works great but as another customer review said, one of our crisper shelves broke, the wheels pulled away from the plastic frame. This is definitely a design flaw, it shouldn't break, and not this early. Only vegetables have been stored in that drawer. The part to replace cost over $100, which is a little ridiculous as it's a plastic frame with some roller wheels.

Pretty good refrigerator for the price
