issues after first 6 month - DONT BUY!!!
We started having issues with this oven 6 months after buying it. the whole unit would reset when I would turn on a burner with the oven on, causing the oven to shut off. it's still happening two years later and after countless technician visits, still no fix. fridgidaire is the worst company.
Dangerous and poorly built
Have had this oven for about a year and a half and have hated it since day one. Hoped it was going to be as well built as it looks but it's junk. For starters this oven has filled up our home with gas on three occasion(luckily we didn't blow up) the knobs don't have a proper safety detent to prevent them from tuning on if bumped. I’ve had it my Frigidaire Range one day and regret buying it. I baked a favorite frozen pie I’ve done many times in my old range. With the convection setting it actually took an extra 20 minutes over its normal 60 minute bake time in this oven. I noticed while in convection bake mode, the fan stopped several times … is that normal? If the fan isn’t running, then it’s not “convection” and just regular bake mode…. Major parts required for new appliance
After only a couple of uses within a 30 day period after installation period, this appliance required major part replacement. The customer service staff were horrible in trying to resolve issue blaming malfunction on Lowe's and Lowe's blaming Frigidaire for seemingly deficient product.
