Great oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new oven is wonderful. It has the air fryer and convection features which I haven’t used yet. I mostly use it for sourdough bread and pies. It lets me know when the desired temperature is reached during preheating and when the bake time is up. The old oven did none of these things. Another plus is this oven doesn’t heat the kitchen like the one from the 70’s. I’m thrilled with this new oven.

Proofing

I purchased this product largely because it has a "proofing mode." Sadly, that function is useless as 100°F is not usable for proper bread proofing. Temperature should be more like 80°F. Levain proofing at 100F will result in rapid proofing which results in weaker dough and a less flavorful end product

24" wall oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with this oven and all the features. I bought a microwave to go with it. I like them both and bought Fridgidare so they would match. Unhappy that the clocks are a noticably a different brightness.

Happy with the quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with the quality of my new gas wall oven. I replaced a 52 year old wall oven with this Frigidaire wall oven. I really enjoy the digital display while the oven is pre heating and the many options I now have while using this oven

Gas oven working well but…

Very nice oven but the air fry tray was missing and creates a problem since that was a choice above a broiler oven.
