Worst combo unit we have ever purchased
We bought this unit primarily due to the size restrictions of the space available. However, it was to replace a unit that was 12 years old and the motor had burnt out on the washer. Did a little research and the reviews available were not horrible. Within 1 year the unit started to leak out of the bottom (the washer). Not Happy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got bed bugs unfortunately and this dryer is not hot enough to kill them when set to high heat and for 90 minutes. I even tried a super small load with the same results. The hot water is killing them more than the dryer. It should be the opposite. I am now going to have to take tons of bags of clothing to the laundromat during the pandemic. Plus I already wasted a solid month drying them to no avail. Don't buy this piece of junk-it's a lemon
Bought it brand new in 2016. Since then have had to pay for repairs 4 times (in 4 years) and now I am having to replace it. It didn't even last 5 years.

Piece of junk
I would not recommend this unit for no one, its has no lights to indicate what cycle it is on, it just beeps, and you have to guess whats wrong. You can't add detergent after water runs, softeners stains your clothes, cause enough water will not cover it, the clothes are not clean after a cycle. Ive had mine for 4 years now, I could have bought a nice set of Samsung stackable for less than what I bought this unit for. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM.

Disappointed with Frigidaire
I bought this a couple of years ago and it was in it's box while my remodel was in process. I've been using this machine for a few months, but I'm frustrated because it doesn't tell when the cycle is over so you can add softener. The "save water" isn't really practical, because it saves on water, but doesn't rinse clothes properly leaving streaks of dirt/lint on clothes; in the black clothes it leaves white marks of lint, soap, dirt.. or who knows what. Tough repair
We have only owned this since late 2016 and I have had an issue with this model not filling the tub with water even after replacing the door lock for the washer. I am a little irritated as this product is now discontinued which makes it a lot harder to find cheaper parts.

Terrible - DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE!!
Bought 3 years ago. Dryer stopped working. Frigidaire authorized repairman made many trips and ordered many parts (2 control boards and motors) and many calls to Frigidaire. Bottom Line dryer cannot be fixed buy a whole new stack unit. I'm giving them a 1 only b/c 0 is not an option.
