Several Parts Break Too Soon & Too Frequently

Purchased the end of 2019. Within a year or so the plastic Drawers and Shelves started cracking and to me were expensive to replace, and I shopped around for the best deals. Sometime in 2024 I noticed cracks forming in multiple places of the interior refrigerator walls and by 2025 a small chunk at the bottom edge of fridge where the door meets was completely broken off. Awesome Refrigerator

I was using an old fridge and needed/wanted to upgrade to a side by side with an ice maker and water in the door, and it was a perfect fit for my space, and it is exactly what I was looking for, I love it.

WORST FRIDGE IVE EVER OWNED

This saddens me, but I must share...I purchased this in Dec 2020.. It has been excessively noisy from day one, I was told this is normal. Over the Holidays it stopped cooling/ freezing. I contacted Frigidaire, they charged me $100 for a tech to come (a week later) and inform me the compressor is out and it will cost over $800 to repair. Died before 3 years

There were already issues with cooling in this fridge. They kept sending different people through 1-yr warranty. Last guy finally told us that this fridge has burnt pieces inside. They did not replace saying warranty ended. Now, it just died. We bought a used fridge and it is working better than this.

Junk

Not happy. Zero stars if I could. I’ve tried to contact Frigidaire in the past with no help. Almost all our appliances are Frigidaire. The inside walls have cracked. All but one refrigerator shelf bin has broken. Plastic on shelf snapped in half. This refrigerator is a nightmare. We have a deep freezer and microwave from Frigidaire we love. We love our air fryer stove too except when it decides it want to change the temperature of the oven on its own to 666 (possessed).

Worst refrigerator

Had this refrigerator for two years. First year trays started cracking and then broke off later. Not overloaded at all. Now over the last two months, there’s a high-pitched noise coming from the back and the only way to stop it is to unplug it and plug it back in but it starts back a few days later. Warranty and Online Info Issue

Purch 12/21/2020 My ice maker slowed dramatically July 2023. I pulled paperwork. They can't find my warranty purchased with EPP and Lowe's is not showing my internet purchase. I'm pulling my hair out over this, again. Had trouble with EPP warranty on my washer/dryer. This is ridiculous.

The refrigerator is a piece of junk. It’s only a couple years old and is already cracking on the inside, all of the door shelves have broken off and is now leaking and has ruined my hardwood floor.
