It’s nice it does suck the water in the air but it’s doesn’t hold much have to empty 4 times a day this is from comparison to our last one water bucket held more

Happy with purchase. Works great. Removes moisture from the room. Air is cooler. Damp oder gone.

Frustrating setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions to attach the casters is ridiculous and cannot be accomplished within the 5 minute requirement. The water tray is way too hard to slide out. On the plus side the unit functions quietly.

not the easiest dehumidifier to use

The wheels are ridiculously hard to attach to the unit. The instructions tell you to tip the unit up only 30° and attach all 4 within 5 minutes. Impossible! The tray to empty water is hard to slide out and there is no notch or grip to get it out without yanking the bottom of the unit and nearly spilling water every time. The controls are labelled in very faint print so you need alot of light to see them. On the plus side it does the job.

Set up dehumidifier, works great, would have liked a hose for continuance draining but will get it worked out.

Product runs intermittently and bad product suppor

Unit is functioning intermittently and the product support from Frigidaire is non-existent.
