Not a good refrigerator

I bought a refrigerator model number FFT R18114 WB frigidair. Within 6 months.The timer defrost went out at it the warranty covered it, but one year later, the timer dear frost went out on it again. Do not suggest this refrigerator

I purchased the refrigerator December 2025, for the garage. II had been having problems on and off during the winter. In May I called for repair, freezer and fridge not cooling efficiently parts ordered without even coming to see the refrigerator. Stopped Working after 7 months

The refrigerator stopped working after 7 months. No power bumps. It appears to be a freon leaking issue as it has soured milk in 12 hours and the meat in the freezer is thawed. We tried adjusting temps lower than the recommended center and our vents were clear, power appropriate and seals solid. It's 17 days to get a repairman under the 1 year mfg warranty. This refrigerator stopped cooling in less than a week after I purchased it. My store told me since it had been more than three days Frigidaire would have to repair it. Do not buy this fridge!!! It is awful. Bought this on 1-29-2026. It has been repaired 5 times already. It broke again. I called because it’s still under manufacture warranty. Buyer beware... this frig is junk!

I am very disappointed with this refrigerator. We purchased this small Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowe's in May 2025 for use in our basement. Since then, it has required service twice, and now the exact same problem has occurred again. Unfortunately, the previous repairs did not resolve the issue. COMPLETE GARBAGE! STAY AWAY!

My recommendation is to not buy ANY Frigidaire or Electrolux appliance! Fridge quit working after a year and a half of VERY LIGHT duty in a seasonal lake house. It probably ran in aggregate less than 60 days over the 1 1/2 years. Not cooling

Description says “garage ready” but that is not the case! Purchased this refrigerator about a year ago for my insulated shop and it won’t keep anything cold. The freezer portion will not go below 42 degrees and the refrigerator portion will not go below 55 degrees. Do yourself a favor and don’t purchase any cheap Frigidaire products. Go buy a more reputable brand with better customer service.

Absolute garbage fridge and company.

This is the worst purchase I've ever made at Lowe's. I bought this fridge new in March of 2024.
