Good Fridge a few minor things

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had the fridge for a few days. It was a very good deal for the price I paid, and I do not regret my purchase. It got cold really fast and I've already had to turn the freezer and fridge to warmer temperatures as they were getting too cold. A few minor issues though. THE FRIDGE IS EXTREMLY NOISE ! I WILL BE CONTACTING LOWES ABOUT TAKING THIS BACK AND REPLACING IT WITH THE WHIRLPOOL THAT"S $599 . I HAD PURCHASED THIS WHIRLPOOL ONE FROM LOWES 10 YEARS AGO . I WA SHOPINGTHAT THE NEW FRIDGE WOULD QUITE DOWN BUT THAT DID NOT HAPPEN .

Warning-Don't buy Frigidaire Refrigerator

Mine broke within a year. Frigidaire originally set me up with an appointment for today, 8-12, but it was a sham. The tech called today and said they don't have any repair techs available to repair it anytime soon. The soonest is a couple of weeks.

No light in the freezer

The only issue I had was that there wasn’t a light in the freezer, which was my fault for not Checking. Otherwise everything was great.

Nice unit for the money, working great! But!

Nice unit for the money, working great. One design flaw. Where the two doors come together the gap is small. When closing it is possible to trap, scrape or pinch fingers when closing the door. Recommend a design review.

The top freezer is perfect for my small family.

The refrigerator is exactly what I need. It is spacious and unique. I will recommend it to everyone

Junk NEVER BUY!

I purchased this refrigerator. Shortly after the limited warranty ran out, the refrigerator quit working. I bought it July 2024, it died October 2025. Unless you spend $100 on an extended warranty (that you usually don't need) you now have a huge useless appliance. I'm very disappointed because I now have no refrigerator and a piece of unwanted trash in my kitchen. Very, very unsatisfied. I have no way to replace the unit. Bad purchase!

We bought a new refrigerator to avoid the problems that come with buying a used one. Boy were we wrong. It was delivered on October 29 waited for a couple of days to see if it would get cool. Never did. Called Lowe’s - No help unless we wanted to pay for a service call. Remember this is a brand new refrigerator. so we call Frigidaire.
