NYT Wirecutter recommends this unit and it does not disappoint. This unit is reasonably priced when compared to other units. We live in a century old home and have no central AC. Summers in Cleveland Ohio are hot and steamy. This AC unit is up for the challenge of keeping our entire first floor living space cool and comfortable.

This unit creates more heat in the room than it cools.It sucks the cool air in the room in to cool the condenser the blows it out the window . Extremely poorly designed.
