pickup experience went well. I did find an end of the gate post cracked from mishandling, but the post cap covers it.

Extremally SLOW Installation

The product is probably alright, it's just the fence installation started May 12 and Lowe's not done yet. One door was installed backwards. It is now June and no word on when it will be corrected and finished.

Product is fine. Lowes service is horrible. Took them an hour to find the order which was right up front. Seriously Lowes. You can do better

Damaged upon delivery

Both doors purchased were damaged (cracked). First, the lowes it was delievered to could not find them for a few hours. Once they were found hours later, the boxes looked like they had been jostled and tape was coming off. I took them home and opened both boxes to start assembly and realized that both of them had slats that were cracked. One of the boxes also was missing written instructions. Seems like they had been repackaged as the taping of the boxes was very flimsly.

Damaged goods

The top rail of the vinyl fence gate was broken with a crack right down the middle for 48”. It was the piece on the outside of the box. Either careless handling or forklift damage. Either way I had to replace it and now the customer has to wait another two weeks for her fence to be completed. It cost me a lot of time to have to stop work, repackage it and return it to Lowe’s. It would be great if there was actual training in taking care of special orders.
