Frustrated
I tried multiple times to find out the exact fencing that I had installed 7/2016. Upon numerous transferred calls and a waste of time, I was told to look online for the fence and It'd be there. I found the only fence that matched the style of mine with lattice and ordered it. On the day of install we realized that the style was changed and the lattice portion has a height difference of almost 4 inches. How do you offer a lifetime warranty on a fence that you dont have. Freedom Conway fence panel
The fence panel kit is good as it allows you to navigate slopes and customize the length. The bad is if you need an extra panel. The minimum order is for 6 panels. So if you just need 1 you have to buy 6 at about $1000. You can take the others you don't use back for a refund, but what a hassle. Best to measure twice and not have to order an extra.
