This review of Lowe's delivery serv, not the item
The item was marked as delivered, but no delivery was made. Security camera footage shows the driver arriving without a package, taking a photo of my property from 50' away, and leaving. Extremely disappointing experience. I contacted Lowe’s customer support and spent two separate 30-minute calls on hold with no resolution. I will be sharing this experience on social media.
Soft, warm and it didn't shrink.
I'm a large and I bought a large. It's a good fit but was, actually, hoping it would shrink a little. It didn't. Still fits like it did prior to being washed so, I'd suggest buying your size. I like it a lot.
