Easy to apply, dries quickly
It says to apply two coats, but it seems like one coat was sufficient for our basement floor. Very easy to apply with a paint roller and extended handle. Make sure you have good ventilation if applying it indoors. It dries quickly!

We purchased 5 gallons of this product to seal our patio and sidewalk. we applied with a sprayer and did 2 coats, applied nicely, Will definately use again.

Great sealer for stamped concrete!
Foundation Armor makes one of the best concrete sealers. I have used their SX5000WB on my cultured stone front wall and just used the WB15 low gloss on my stamped concrete patio and am very happy with the results. I used a pump sprayer to apply then rolled it right after with a thick nap roller and both times it came out looking great. Both are water base so the cleanup was easy. Will use again when time to re-apply.
