Learn MoreThe SC25 is a fast-acting cost-effective penetrating water repellent sealer specifically formulated for white, or very light unsealed concrete surfaces. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%. The SC25 is made from high quality, non-recycled, US manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed white and very light concrete. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

Didn't notice any beading
I did everything according to instructions and I had rain a few days later but didn't notice the water beading at all. I got the 5 gallon bucket. A lot of money for something that didn't work.

Used it for our shot put and discus circles. They were too slick. The matte finish used with a small amount of grit, and it worked perfectly.

There's nothing Better than Foundation Armor
I work in the construction business and I've dealt with many products and your sealer SC 25 is the best non-marking non-darkening product I've ever seen it looks like I never put it on it's excellent it says the water and it looks really good I appreciate your business keep going strong

Applied to seal & reduce black stains & spalling
As the directions state, it is best to apply towards evening when heat and direct sunlight won't dry it too quickly. I had some areas that had light white crystal formation because I applied too much and didn't brush off the puddle before it dried. I called technical support and they said it would wear off over time, or I could lightly power wash it off. Water just beads on the concrete driveway, sidewalk, and retaining wall block surfaces and rolls off. Applied in the fall of 2023, so I hope to...

My 2nd time purchasing
Quality product. Worth it. My neighbors' homes were built the same time as mine by the same builder (cookie-cutter tract homes) and they didn't seal their driveways like I did and their driveways are looking terrible now, but mine is still holding up great like new!
